Idle Mafia Game Properties: Best Buys & ROI
The five Property rows below are archived September 2 samples, not a newly tested price list. At the sample prices and income rates, continuous-online payback is about 0.98–1.25 hours and continuous-offline payback is about 3.93–5 hours using the archived 25% offline rate. Compare the next purchase's price with its extra income, and do not add a bonus that is already included in your entered rate.
Public footage can establish only what appeared on that account and date. It is not first-person gameplay testing by this site. Use the live game screen as the final check for changing values, availability, and account-specific results.

Use the income added by the next purchase
For the payback of one new purchase, compare its price with the additional income that purchase adds. Do not divide the price by all income from Properties already owned.
A displayed rate may already contain a bonus. Base 2,000/hour with one 10% bonus and final displayed 2,200/hour produce the same model result; adding another 10% to 2,200 would count the bonus twice.
The embedded calculator reports schedule-averaged payback. A two-hour average is not a promise that the balance will recover in exactly two clock hours. See the worked example and formula.

Four Property decisions
Compare overnight income and payback instead of the headline hourly number.
A fast all-online payback can still take much longer across your real day.
Compare all-online payback, but keep the current account price in the model.
Cash invested in a Property is no longer sitting on hand; surplus Cash may still need protection.
Use three gates
- 01
Unlocked
Cash cannot bypass a visible level requirement. The calculator reports the lock separately.
- 02
Affordable at your current price
Enter the screen price and Cash on hand to see the shortfall. Do not assume the sampled Newsstand price is universal.
- 03
Worth the delay
Compare the purchase with the next level, gear, or cash-protection goal. Use averaged payback to compare alternatives under one schedule, not as an exact countdown. Current Cash, other income, and collection timing are separate.

Properties FAQ
Which Property should I buy first?
Use the first unlocked Property whose live price you can afford without blocking a more urgent goal. Newsstand Front has the quickest sampled online payback, but its $590 price came from an account that already owned one.
Which Property has the fastest payback?
In the five checked price samples, Newsstand Front is about 0.98 all-online hours and Pizzeria is 1 hour. Account-state pricing can change the order, so use the calculator with your screen.
Do Properties earn while offline?
The checked interface states 25% of normal income while offline.
How much do Properties earn overnight?
At the archived 25% rate, eight offline hours produce two times the final hourly income. Do not apply a bonus already included in that rate.
Is the +10% group-and-like bonus permanent?
The checked interface described it as permanent. Recheck the live requirement and bonus text after an update.
